Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- BOXING & MMA gear
- COMPRESSION wear
- Any opened or used fitness accessories
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package your item: Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
